Overview
At Pain to Purpose Clothing, every item is crafted with care and purpose. Because most of our apparel is made to order, please allow time for production and quality assurance before your order ships.
We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver products that represent faith, strength, and purpose.
Processing & Production Time

Standard Processing Time: Most orders are processed, created, and prepared for shipment within 10–14 business days.

Made-to-Order Production: Each item is individually printed or embroidered once your order is placed. This process ensures premium quality but may extend the fulfillment time slightly.

Extended Processing During Peak Seasons:
During holidays, special promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be delayed by several additional business days due to higher order volumes.
We’ll always do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Shipping Times (after processing):

U.S. Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance
Please note: Delivery times are in addition to the 10–14 day production window.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, carrier rates, and package weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select collections or minimum order amounts—be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.
If you have not received tracking details after 14 business days, please contact us at support@paintopurposeclothing.com with your order number.
Delays & Exceptions
Pain to Purpose Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Customs processing (for international orders)

Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Weather conditions or natural events
We understand how important timely delivery is and will assist you in tracking or resolving any shipping concerns to the best of our ability.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Pain to Purpose Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact your local carrier office to file a claim. We’ll gladly assist in any way we can.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations.
Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Delivery times may also vary depending on your local postal system and customs clearance process.
