At Pain to Purpose Clothing, we stand behind the quality of every item we create. Each product is designed and inspected with care to ensure it meets our high standards. Because all of our apparel is made to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges if your item meets the following criteria:

Includes manufacturing defects such as misprints, incorrect stitching, holes, or broken zippers.

Unworn and Unwashed Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Once an item has been worn or washed, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
