Our Story

We are a blended family that God brought together in a very painful time and season for us. It was through love, faith, strength and therefore, perseverance that we got through it all. 

I have two boys. A 15 yr. old son and a soon to be 2 yr. old. My first husband who is my 15 yr. old son’s father battled stage 4 Cancer. He went home to the Lord after battling this horrible disease for about a year. He was 37 yrs. old. I had become a widow at the age of 34. My son at the time had just turned 8 yrs. old. 

It has been a journey of many ups and downs. Yet, our faith kept and keeps us going each day. There were other trials and losses that soon followed. However; blessings still came even through the pain and tears. I’m now remarried to a man who has taken in my oldest son as his own. Yet, still respecting and honoring my son’s father. We now have a beautiful little one who is extremely active. My husband has also, gone through a lot. He has had over 20 surgeries  and a few near death experiences in dealing with severe Crohn’s disease. It has been a long journey of recovery and healing. A true miracle that he is still here. We also, lost a baby and almost lost our second baby as I was rushed to the hospital. We are grateful that our baby boy is still here. He has been a true blessing to us all. 

Knowing life is precious and a gift from God. We did not want our pain to be in vain. We have always enjoyed helping others in various ways. I personally have always enjoyed fashion, but true joy has come from God and felt in helping others. Therefore, this clothing line represents more than athleisure wear and fashion. It’s beyond that. It represents overcoming one’s pain. And a reminder to never give up and even, when one thinks that they can’t anymore…to try again. To keep going. Just one day at a time. It’s in our utmost pain and trial(s) that shapes our character and strengthens our faith. It is when one can turn their Pain into a Purpose!
